The TD 40 S design allows easy installation of the unit. The programmable timer can be set from seconds to hours in simple format of hrs: min: sec unlike other disintegration testers which require complex selection of sec: min or min: hrs etc. at the end of the test the baskets are automatically parked at the top position. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Illumination is provided at the base of the tester for better viewing of the disintegration process of the test samples. An acrylic water bath with spread heater is provided to give uniform temperature in the beaker. The temperature can be set from 25.0˚c to 40.0˚c and is controlled with an accuracy of better than ± 0.3˚C by using auto PID math algorithm.
