| This two station 3 in 1 model is very compact and efficient. Its new design allows the user to observe the test in a much better way. The smooth (jerk-free), maintenance-free design combined with microprocessor based electronic circuitry assures top performance. It can be used for testing the gelatin capsules, normal plain or coated and delayed release coated tablets. Easy change over to dissolution or disintegration. |

| The electronic stroke control is provided with an advanced micro-controller based motor drive; this guarantees an accuracy that is better than +/- 1 stroke. Smooth stepper drive circuit gives excellent control on RP M in dissolution test. |

| The heater is also controlled by latest computational circuits and delivers an accuracy that is better than +/- 0.2 Degree Centigrade. This precise control is achieved by accurately monitoring the prevailing temperature in the bath with a PT-100 temperature sensor and physical design of the water bath to facilitate uniform circulation without considerable temperature gradient. An external temperature sensing probe is provided to monitor the temperature inside the beaker / test vessel. |

| The operator controls are provided through a membrane keypad linked to 20X4 back lit Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) with modularly structured electronics which makes trouble shooting very easy. |

| However it is worthwhile to mention here that this new DissoDisi series testers not only supports dissolution and normal disintegration but also suppository disintegration with optional suppository test baskets. |

| While the test is under progress the operator can see the parameters like ‘set temperature’, ‘bath temperature’, ‘external temperature’, ‘elapsed test time’, ‘date and clock’. Clear audible alarms are provided to alert the user on completion of the test and the motor drive will park the test baskets at top position for easy removal in case of normal disintegration. |
